That's pretty much the point. This book was my favorite book when I was a little girl. Subsequently, I've read both Hass' work, as well as Soueif's The Map of Love: A Novel. For example, the author goes from the homerun chase in 1938 to a quick summary of the 1940 season, skipping the year 1939 altogether. An absolute "must have". Here is an example. The drama however continues, since Morsi was deposed by the Army five months ago, and Adly Mansour was installed (this is NOT cover in the book).
Although I have never been to Egypt, I have traveled in most of the Arab countries, and lived in Saudi Arabia over two decades. I'm not sure why everyone who doesn't follow the rules (cuts the line, is rude to the child) is brown skinned, and frankly that bothers me. It sticks to school/lab infor. Also comes with Visual Basic Control Creation Edition! Also comes with a whole bunch of other neat programs that allow you to make ActiveX stuff, like ActiveX SDK, and lots of other stuffBut
