David Lehman, the series editor of The Best American Poetry, is also the editor of the Oxford Book of American Poetry. His books of poetry include Poems in the Manner Of, New and Selected Poems, Yeshiva Boys, When a Woman Loves a Man, and The Daily Mirror. His most recent nonfiction book is Sinatra’s Century. He teaches at The New School and lives in New York City and Ithaca, New York.

Some exercises are missing the corresponding illustrations, or the description tells you to do something not shown, or the opposite of what is shown. The math they use, though a little complicated, seems valid and useful.
The contents of this book are VERY similar to the men's book. Less substance than I was expecting.. All about San Francisco's counter culture at one of the most excessive moments in its history. My friend said I had to read this and they were 100% right!! It covers B&J ice cream, which I love. If you train, eat and rest as Mike advises, you'll notice visible changes in 1 month.
Within these 3 months, here is what happened: I have gained muscle (friends say "wow, you're getting big", shirts are getting tighter around the shoulder). Each section includes a step by step guide to really beautiful meditations that are easy to create even for those of us, men or women, with no real experience.
