This book is not a "tell-all", but it is unsparing. The so-called glossary in the book is a complete repeat of the 21-day program individual exercises; it felt like a cheap filler. They are worth the purchase of the book I believe, particularly since it is a free kindle book at this time.. Aside from the first chapter where is discusses female anatomy and the like there were no large technical terms. do you have a boy frin. I have enjoyed the Reacher series quite a bit and have read them all more than once. But I got used to it, and now I do it almost everyday. The flow and pace of the story makes it a fun read.. Also quite interesting was the relationship between societies, religions and family upbringing affects our outlook and either healthy or unhealthy beliefs and attitudes towards intimacy. i am looking forward to finally learning how to use this robust piece of Software, by reading Th
