Even if I can't get a six pack, following what this book outlines will definitely make you healthy.. I do not say this to berate myself or anyone who has it, it is just a fact in my opinioni will always have this disease, regardless of how long i dont drink or use drugs,i will never be able to drink again( although i dont miss it) I dont take my sobriety for granted either i do what i want- but i dont frequent bars with any kind of frequency;) lol
It requires HUMILITY, and a great deal of honesty on a daily basis. Well written. The stories were unique & the characters interesting.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.. He also testified on behalf of Curt Flood in the law-suit involving that clause. Kurlansky's biography of Hank Greenberg, part of the "Jewish Lives" series of Yale University Press, places Greenberg's career within the context of the anti-Semitism of the Depression and early post-World War II era. Each one smells of musty dusty mold
